Anniversaries – Rose Petal Heaven
This scenario may be a little more expensive then the other options, but it is relatively simple. Everyone has heard of laying down on a bed of roses and this will make that fantasy a reality. For this you will need as many rose petals as you can get and a set of candles from Amy Lynn’s Candles. Where do you go to get rose petals? Although you can buy a bag of rose petals at almost any florist, they can be rather expensive. I suggest you buy roses and pull the petals off the stems yourself. The roses do not have to be perfect so spend your money on quantity rather than quality. The more petals you have the better the effect, you can get your point across with petals from 2 doses roses, but 4 dozen or more would look much better. So you have a bag full of petals, now what? Leave a trail of petals from the place she enters to the bed. Place the votive candles in the holders along the trail also. The last thing you will need to do is get the bed ready. First clean up the room and make the bed. I would recommend you use dark sheets in case the roses leave stains. Set up the remaining candles around the room. Remember, natural candlelight is much more romantic then artificial light. Use the remaining petals on the bed. You can either spread them around randomly or arrange them in the shape of a heart. When she arrives, she will follow the trail of rose petals and you can be waiting for her in the room. As a bonus you could massage her shoulders or rub her feet. And have some Champaign and strawberries so you can feed her on her bed of roses.
